My partner and I recently moved to Barcelona, Spain, and after getting quotes from a number of companies in England, Deliver1 offered the best value and had the best reviews. I’m very happy to say that the reviews absolutely lived up to our experience. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and professional. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and straightforward, payment was easy, and everything felt completely legitimate from the very beginning. A special shout-out to Graham, who handled the initial collection in England. He was a genuinely lovely guy and even gave up his Saturday to come and help us specifically, which we really appreciated. We were kept informed throughout the entire move, with clear updates on dates and timings, so we always knew what was happening. Edgars, who handled the delivery in Barcelona, was also fantastic and made the final part of the move just as easy. A huge thank you to the whole Deliver One team. I would like to give Edgar an outstanding review for his exceptional service. From the very beginning, he communicated clearly about his arrival time and handled everything with great professionalism and care. What impressed me most was the way Edgar was considerate not only of me, but also of the other French residents. He was respectful, thoughtful, and genuinely caring throughout the entire delivery process. This is my second time using Deliver1 to ship packages to Malaysia, and once again, I’m impressed by their excellent service. Their responses to queries are always prompt and professional. A special shout-out to Victoria in the office for handling my calls and messages so efficiently. The pickup crew are polite and reliable. Today, Graham (top man!) collected my packages, arriving exactly when promised and handling everything professionally for overseas shipping. Highly recommended!
